Because NEXPA uses accounts, ticketing, payments, location-based discovery, messaging, analytics, marketing, and security features, certain cookies and similar technologies are necessary or useful for the Platform to function.

These technologies help personalize the NEXPA experience and reduce the need to re-enter the same information.

4.4 Analytics and Performance Technologies

NEXPA may use advertising pixels, marketing cookies, campaign tags, mobile advertising identifiers, conversion tracking, retargeting tools, and similar technologies.

These technologies may help NEXPA:

Advertising and marketing partners may collect or receive information about your browser, device, activity, interactions, and identifiers.

NEXPA may use advertising or marketing technologies on its website, mobile apps, Event pages, landing pages, emails, or other digital experiences.

4.6 Payment and Stripe Technologies

NEXPA uses Stripe Connect to support paid Ticket transactions.

Stripe and related payment tools may use cookies, device data, fraud-prevention signals, payment identifiers, browser data, and similar technologies to support:

NEXPA does not store full payment card numbers. Full payment card data is handled by Stripe or another Payment Processor.

Stripe’s own technologies, terms, and privacy practices may apply when you use Stripe-powered payment or onboarding flows.

4.7 Location-Related Technologies

NEXPA may use location-related technologies to help users discover Venues and Events.

Location-related technologies may support:

You can control precise device location permissions through your device settings.

If you disable location permissions, some location-based features may not work properly.

4.8 Email Tracking Technologies

NEXPA may use pixels, links, campaign tags, or similar technologies in emails.

These technologies may help us understand:

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails. You may still receive transactional or service-related emails, such as Ticket confirmations, Event updates, security alerts, account notices, payment notices, and legal notices.

4.9 Push Notification Tracking

If you use the NEXPA mobile app and enable push notifications, NEXPA may collect information about push notification delivery, opens, clicks, interactions, and related app activity.

This information may help us:

You can control push notifications through your device settings.

4.10 Embedded Third-Party Content

NEXPA may embed or integrate third-party content or services, such as:

These third parties may use their own cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies.

NEXPA does not control third-party cookies or technologies used by third parties outside NEXPA’s direct control.

7. Information Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies may collect or process information such as:

Some of this information may be associated with your NEXPA account, device, browser, Ticket activity, Event activity, Venue activity, or communication preferences.

8. Google Analytics and Firebase

NEXPA uses Google Analytics and Firebase to understand Platform performance, user behavior, app usage, errors, and engagement.

Google Analytics and Firebase may collect information through cookies, SDKs, device identifiers, event logs, and similar technologies.

This information may help NEXPA understand how users discover and use the Platform, how Event and Venue discovery performs, how checkout flows work, and how the app can be improved.

Google’s own terms and privacy practices may apply to information processed by Google Analytics, Firebase, or related Google services.

9. Advertising Pixels and Retargeting

NEXPA may use advertising pixels, conversion tracking, retargeting tools, campaign tags, and similar technologies from advertising or marketing partners.

These technologies may help NEXPA promote the Platform, Events, Venues, and related services.

Advertising technologies may collect information about your activity on NEXPA and may use that information to help show relevant ads on other websites, apps, or platforms.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.

NEXPA will provide opt-out mechanisms where legally required.

10. Cookie Consent

As of the Effective Date, NEXPA does not plan to display a cookie consent banner unless legally required.

If applicable law requires NEXPA to provide a cookie banner, consent tool, opt-out mechanism, or similar notice, NEXPA may implement one.

Where a consent tool is provided, your choices may affect whether certain optional analytics, advertising, personalization, or marketing technologies are used.

Strictly necessary, security, fraud-prevention, payment, and Platform functionality technologies may remain active even if optional cookies are disabled.

11. Your Choices

Depending on available Platform features, applicable law, and your device or browser settings, you may be able to control cookies and similar technologies through:

If you block or delete cookies, some NEXPA features may not work properly.

Mobile devices may allow you to control:

Your choices may vary depending on your browser, device, operating system, and app settings.

NEXPA does not control browser or device settings.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.

As of the Effective Date, NEXPA does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals unless legally required.

Because there is not always a consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, NEXPA may handle other privacy preference signals separately where required by law.

14. Global Privacy Control

Some browsers or extensions may send Global Privacy Control or similar privacy preference signals.

NEXPA is still evaluating how it will handle Global Privacy Control and similar signals.

Payment-related technologies may help:

Disabling certain cookies or technologies may interfere with payment or ticketing functionality.

17. Cookies and Location Discovery

NEXPA may use cookies, local storage, device permissions, IP address, and similar technologies to help users discover Events and Venues by location.

For example, NEXPA may remember your selected city, search area, neighborhood, or location preferences.

If you grant device location permission, NEXPA may use device location to support nearby discovery features.

You can control device location permission through your device settings.

18. Cookies and Marketing Emails

NEXPA may use email tracking technologies to understand whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked.

Marketing email tracking may help NEXPA measure campaign effectiveness.

Transactional email tracking may help NEXPA confirm whether important messages, such as Ticket confirmations or Event updates, were delivered or interacted with.

You may opt out of marketing emails, but you may still receive transactional or service-related messages.

19. Cookies and Push Notifications

NEXPA may track push notification delivery, opens, clicks, and related activity if you enable push notifications.

This helps NEXPA understand whether Event reminders, Ticket updates, Booking Request notifications, message alerts, and safety notices are working properly.

You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

20. Updates to This Cookie Policy

NEXPA may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.

We may update this Policy to reflect:

If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Cookie Policy, updating the “Last Updated” date, sending an email, providing an in-app notice, or using another reasonable method.
